Home-made Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil home-made on Koh Lanta, Thailand.  Completely unrefined, virgin Coconut Oil extracted using via heat processing.

This coconut oil is rich and natural with no additives.  Coconut Oil has multiple uses from hair and skin, cooking, oil pulling,  

Use as part of your daily skin care routine to moisturise and soothe the skin.   Apply a small amount to tips of you hair to re-hydrate dry hair.  Use for cooking, or simply pour a small amount over your breakfast granola.

Can be used for Oil Pulling, an ancient method for cleaning teeth and gums.

Blend with essential oils as a carrier to dilute the strength of pure essential oils.

At temperatures below 25degrees centigrade, Coconut Oil will solidify.  In the case place a small amount in the palm of your hands and rub together.  For larger quantitiies, place a small amount in a bowl and heat gently until liquid.

For countries with cooler climates  Coconut Oil can be purchased in glass jars for easier removal when it has solidfied.
